We hope you are happy with every purchase from us.  And although you’ll probably never need it, our warranties are there for your peace of mind, just in case. 

If you have any issues please get in touch with us first so that we may resolve things with you.  You can do that by emailing us here.  

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30-days for a full refund. All you need to do is package up the item securely, then arrange for a trackable courier method to avoid loss.

Please ensure items are in a re-sellable condition with no damage. 

Please ensure you mark the outside of your parcel clearly with your name and order number.

The cost of return shipping is to be covered by you, the exception to this is if the product is faulty.  If the item is faulty in any way please inform us before you return the item with photos.  Please email us here.
