Chronic fatigue is at epidemic levels and no-one is sleeping well. How many people do you know who are walking around in a daze thinking this is normal? It's not!
For many years I worked in the corporate world in London. In my 40s I was suddenly hit with a “mystery illness” and it dominated my life for over 3 years. I guess you could call it the dreaded "burn out". I was so exhausted at one point I couldn't walk a quarter of a mile and yet at night I felt so wired I couldn't sleep. When I consulted a medical advisor, I was simply told I needed anti-depressants. Sound familiar? The whole experience was incredibly challenging but it triggered a chain of events that shaped what I do now. My passion has been to understand 'energy' and how the body really works so that I could increase my performance both physically and mentally. I guess the trendy description for that would be 'biohacking', a planned series of manouvres to gently cleanse/nourish/detox the body for optimum energy. I’ve spent years reading, studying and testing countless protocols, driven by a desire to uncover answers. It's helped me transform the way I live, eat, drink and breathe. I guess I would describe myself as a wellness mentor, researcher/truth seeker and survivor of auto-immune.
